Refund Policy

Digital products

If a digital file is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed, contact us within 14 days. We will provide a corrected file or a refund. Change-of-mind refunds are not normally available after a digital product has been downloaded.

Physical products

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing. Keep the item and packaging until return instructions are provided. Custom items may not be returnable unless defective.

Cancellations and timing

Physical orders may be cancelled before shipment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; provider and bank processing times apply. Shipping charges are refunded when the error is ours.
