What we collect

The Learning Bubble stores account details, classroom records entered by authorized educators, family communications, store orders, and the minimum technical information needed to secure the service. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored here.

How information is used

Information is used to operate classroom tools, provide authorized family access, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, and support the service. We do not sell personal information or use student records for targeted advertising.

Student and family information

Access is limited by role and classroom relationship. Teachers and schools remain responsible for ensuring they have authority to enter student information and for following their retention, consent, and records-handling obligations.

Storage, sharing, and retention

Data is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, authentication, email, and payments, or when required by law. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete data may be sent to kayladurrant@protonmail.com.

Security and changes

The service uses encrypted connections, restricted database access, and private file delivery. No system can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as providers or operating requirements change.
